- Are you passionate about eCommerce, marketing and fashion? If so, ZALORA is looking for a summer intern for our Customer Relationship Management team. ZALORA takes a very data-driven approach to Marketing and Customer Experience. Over the course of this internship, you will have the opportunity to have hands-on experience and make immediate impact at one of the most exciting start-ups in South East Asia.RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct research into eCommerce and fashion best practices and market trends- Analyse customer data to identify targeting opportunities- Design customer-centric campaigns based on the customer lifecycle- Continuous review and optimization of current campaigns- Defining reporting needs and setting up reporting toolsREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Students waiting for admission to university or Undergrad studying Economics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent- Possess an inquisitive mindset and strong analytical skills- Comfortable with data- Strong Microsoft Excel skills- Powerpivot, HTML, SQL or any other programming experience is a plus
