- Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Creating regular content for said platforms. (Channels will be split amongst team members)
- Responding & liaising with customer service with regards to queries via social media.
- Social media monitoring for Zalora Singapore.
- Monitoring fashion and beauty trends/tips for content creation. Includes other adhoc tasks.
- Role requires flair for concise writing, an interest in fashion & a self-starting aptitude.
Requirements:- Proficient in English (Written & Spoken)
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player with the ability to multitask
- Good knowledge of the Internet and of Microsoft Office products, esp. MS Excel
- Willingness to learn, well-structured working style
- Fluent in English
