ZALORA is the leading internet startup which is rapidly expanding in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities:
- Screen all the backlog of tickets in SEAFAS and new unassigned tickets coming: refinement, cleaning and optimization of requests
- Prepare release notes: provide and develop tutorials on new SCB features.
- Be the first communication point between local ventures and regional and development teams for basic support regarding BOB/Alice and the remaining platforms.
- Daily management of tools/services: BOB/PET, Distributions lists, access to platforms, PM call report.
Requirements:

- Analytic skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
