Job Description: Zalora is the leading internet startup which is rapidly expanding in Southeast Asia. We are currently in 7 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Hongkong). Responsibilities:

• Processing of customer’s orders by using our In-house systems

• Do picking and packing of the items according to the orders forms

• Verification of ALL items are correctly picked

• Taking part of the QC and inventory counts

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal with “Right” attitude

• Independent and Able to do basic trouble-shooting and multi-tasking

• Good communication skills (written and spoken)

• Enjoy duties that requires basic IT skills and on hands-on wrapped-up

• Commit on 5 Days work week (entitled for 1X weekdays and 1X weekend Off-day)

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
