- THE ROLE
Are you interested in recruiting and you would like to explore this interesting area of HR? ZALORA is looking for a motivated and curious Recruiting Intern to join the HR team in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the recruiters with the scheduling of interviews and follow up with the shortlisted candidates via phone and mail
• Ensure all interviews are scheduled ad dealt with in a timely manner
• Help recruiters with the initial screening of applicants for suitable placement
• Assist with ongoing projects and daily activities in the Recruiting Department
• Organize and perform multiple tasks properly and within the due deadlines
• Prepare and organize all information and documents needed for the interview (CVs, CLs, information forms and more)
REQUIREMENTS
• The ability to multitask and prioritize activities in a demanding environment
• Effective written and oral communications skills
• Interest in HR and Retail preferred
• Be able to be part of a team
