Zalora – HR Intern / Temp Assistant

ZALORA is the leading internet startup which is rapidly expanding in Southeast Asia. We are 

 currently in 7 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Hongkong). The company is a combination of a cool start-up environment where everyone  bounces ideas of each other and a huge multinational corporation that has more than 1000 employees. We are looking for passionate people to join us and change the e-commerce landscape in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

 Properly handle projects through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation

 Prepare monthly group newlsetter by collating all content sent by countries

 Plan LinkedIn group posts, work closely with the PR team

 Prepare monthly birthday report for all ZALORA employees across the region for 

 Follow up with partnering institutions for all campus engagement related matter 

 Work closely with the country’s local HR for all employee engagement related matter

 Update the SG HR’s Wiki Page so as to develop a working knowledge of HR 

voucher generation

information databases and searchable resources 

Requirements:

 Pursuing majors in Human Resources with a bit of IT background or related.

 Good command of English.

 Proficient in Excel, Word and able to use image-editing software (Photoshop & etc) 

 Exceptional written and oral communication skills, must have a flair for writing.

 Excellent organizational and planning skills.

 Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.

 Resourceful, ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented 

 Work proactively with other team members. 

 Meticulous, hardworking, outgoing, and possess a positive (work) attitude.
