We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Customer Service team for our Hong Kong customers.

Job Requirements:
- Manage and handle daily incoming calls from customer enquiry in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customer's needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.
- Responsible and properly documented for all emails, sms and calls.
- Capable to be the voice of the company who is capable of building and retaining relationship with customers.
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Has a fun, bubbly and open-minded attitude.
- Acquire good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and Cantonese is a must
- Min ‘A’ Level/ Diploma holder
- Min 1-2 years experiences.
- A pleasant voice, positive and good telephone manner as well as attentive listening and communication skills
