Company Profile: Zairyo Pte Ltd has two components -- Zairyo PR and Zairyo SG.

Zairyo PR specializes in Public Relations, Marketing and Digital Media for F&B establishments. Accounts handled are Pince & Pints Lobster Restaurant and Bar, Ember Restaurant, Smoothie King and BRIDGE restaurant.

Zairyo SG is an e-grocer that imports Japanese produce directly from Tsukiji Market to consumers. We believe that dining at home shouldn't be any less than dining at restaurants, that's why we aim to provide the ingredients ('Zairyo' is ingredients in Japanese) and tableware to create that experience. We fly in Japanese produce twice every weekly for restaurants and our customers. Unlike other grocers, we are suppliers to Japanese restaurants small and big in Singapore for the past decade.
Job Description: Selected candidate will work from home and have weekly meetings at the office. (So please have a working laptop.)
Selected candidates will get to learn and be exposed to the full gamut of F&B public relations functions including researching, media relations, writing press releases, and assisting with food tastings.
• Draft written press materials
• Develop traditional and online/digital media lists
• Pitch media (develop pitch and contact media)
• Contribute to new business development processes
• Contribute to development of strategic communications plans
• Monitoring of various media outlets, i.e. traditional media, blogs, online outlets, etc.
