We are looking for an Accounts & Business Development Executive who will work closely with others in the Finance and Admin Department by covering the following responsibilities to ensure smooth operation:
Prepare payment voucher, cheque and online payment
Ensure accurate recording and data entry into accounting system
Maintain AR and AP aging report
Ensure all payment and receipts are accountable with supporting documents and filed
Carry out bank reconciliation
Liaise with international suppliers for import and export of products
Plan, manage and execute marketing and sales projects on ad-hoc basis

Company structure is flat, no one is going to boss you around and there is no office politics, everyone is on equal footing. Work environment is a fully equiped air-conditioned office, that''s 5mins walk away from Haw Par Villa MRT. We start at 8am and most days we knock off ON-TIME at 5pm. We are located in Singapore's only wholesale centre, the freshest fruits and vegetables are always just around the corner. I can hear you health nuts screaming already, okay tone it down a little.
If you want to learn loads of stuff, like inside out, outside in, top to bottom, bottom to top - it's all here. Don't bother with corporate jobs where you are almost always stuck in just one specific role. Only caveat I have is that we speak alot of chinese around here, like ALL THE TIME. My chinese is now top grade level after only half a year. If I tried re-taking my O'Levels now I just might score an A1.
