Youth.SG is looking for a Senior Writer to join us! The successful applicant will have the opportunity to cover dedicated editorial beats, interview personalities, cover media events, as well as manage Youth.SG’s website and social media platforms. He/She will also be expected to mentor our intern writers, perform editing tasks, assist in public engagement, as well as manage partnerships with corporate organisations.
Requirements:
- You must be able to commit for at least 6 months;
- Have a diploma or degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Media & Communications, English or similar;
- Aged between 19 and 25;
- Have strong writing skills, a keen news sense and be familiar with youth trends;
- Be social media savvy;
- Have working knowledge of Photoshop and a strong eye for design; and
- Have initiative and be a good team player.
Other multimedia content production skills are a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
