Yano Birds’ Nest is a wholly owned subsidiary of C.V. Panca Jaya – an integrated birds’ nests farming and processing company based in Indonesia since 1980. Yano Birds’ Nest was set up to innovate and modernize traditional health foods to cater to new markets, starting with birds’ nests.
Our new markets consist of young working adults who demand new product forms and appreciate modern marketing communication tools. Our new brand, Nature’s NestTM, serves to simplify birds’ nest to the public, by only providing one grade of birds’ nests. Our processing technology ensures that we preserve the natural goodness and nutrition of birds’ nests, while increasing the hygiene standards of the product. We are excited to reach out to our customers with our new product and engage them via the new age media.
- Conduct market research on consumer behavior and brainstorm new marketing initiatives
- Work as a team to develop and execute the first phase of our social media marketing campaign
- Assist in the setup of engagement activities – road-shows and events, and fulfill sales responsibilities
- Engage people to introduce our product and build awareness of our brand
- Develop professional relationship with marketing partners (e.g. brand ambassadors, personalities/bloggers, etc.)
Requirements:
- IT literacy – individual must have a good understanding of Facebook and Instagram
- This role requires excellent relationship management skills
- Individual must possess a positive can-do working attitude, be self-motivated and resourceful
- Able to work on weekends
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Candidates with past sales experience are preferred
