Human Resource Intern - We are seeking an Intern who is internet savvy and can assist our Staffing Department (Human Resources). This person needs to be a creative thinker, pro-active and be able to multitask numerous projects.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with internal recruiters to understand job requirements
• Effectively pre-screen resumes
• Make initial contact with the candidates and conduct phone-screens
• Set up interviews
• Open/close requisitions within our HR System
• Post advertisements to our job portal/boards
• Maintenance of P-files of each employee.
• Handle Interview arrangements for local and overseas candidates such as hotel arrangements
• Support HR Development in roll out of overall programs across SEA
• Administer the program process to ensure that meetings and events are delivered effectively and efficiently
• Ensure effective and efficient communications are maintained to all stakeholders and participants
• Help implement programs which foster sound employee relations and increase employee engagement
Competencies:
• Well organized
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Fluent in English
• Able to prioritize effectively
• Results driven - able to deliver to deadlines
• Self starter
• Outgoing personality
• Be able to confidently speak over the phone and have an interest in Human Resources / Staffing.
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office (especially Excel)
