Client servicing is a critical role within Yahoo! that ensures customer experience is maintained at the highest level throughout the duration of a campaign by providing pro-active communications & monitoring to our customers. This role will work very closely with the core team to perform day to day campaigns management core tasks and help in analysis of post campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of campaign performances

• Support post campaign reports compilation

• Perform basic analysis on post campaign reports

• Liaise with local team to deliver work efficiently and effectively for Yahoo! clients

Essential Requirements:

• Good English communication skills, written and speech

• Savvy with Microsoft Excel

• Savvy with online dashboards/systems (if you own a blog/website, you will satisfy this)

• Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills

• Good team player

Beneficial Requirements:

• Knowledgeable with online advertising terms (eg: CPM, CPC, 3rd Party, CTR) would be a plus
