Human Resource Intern

We are seeking an Intern who is internet savvy and can assist our Staffing Department (Human Resources). This person needs to be a creative thinker, pro-active and be able to multitask numerous projects.

Responsibilities:

- You will work closely with internal recruiters to understand job requirements
- Effectively pre-screen resumes
- Make initial contact with the candidates and conduct phone-screens
- Sell the opportunity;
- Set up interviews;
- Open/close requisitions within our HR System
- Post advertisements to our job portal/boards;
- Maintenance of P-files of each employee.
- Handle Interview arrangements for local and overseas candidates such as hotel arrangements
- Support HR Development in roll out of overall programs across SEA
- Administer the program process to ensure that meetings and events are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Ensure effective and efficient communications are maintained to all stakeholders and participants
- Help implement programs which foster sound employee relations and increase employee engagement
