Job Description
Work Scope
• Manage data for analysis and consumer insights (e.g. Facebook analytics, Google analytics, online promotional tools)
• Post-mortem and analysis of campaign effectiveness
• Manage social media channels for increased reach and engagement
• Monitor competitors’ promotional efforts and effectiveness
• Collate information on Mystery Dining Programme for improved customers’ experience
• Assist in any adhoc duties that may arise from time to time
Requirements
• Positive work attitude and interest in Marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Keen sense in data analysis and social media channels
• Interest in food photography, knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator would be a bonus
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
