- Job Description
- Work Scope• Manage data for analysis and consumer insights (e.g. Facebook analytics, Google analytics, online promotional tools)• Post-mortem and analysis of campaign effectiveness• Manage social media channels for increased reach and engagement• Monitor competitors’ promotional efforts and effectiveness• Collate information on Mystery Dining Programme for improved customers’ experience• Assist in any adhoc duties that may arise from time to timeRequirements• Positive work attitude and interest in Marketing• Proficient in Microsoft• Keen sense in data analysis and social media channels• Interest in food photography, knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator would be a bonus• Able to commit for at least 3 months
