Job Description
Dynamic Intern For A Rapidly Growing Start Up In Personal Discovery
Role:
You’ll be contributing your skills to help build Effective Y-Age Global 2016 objectives. That means executing tasks related to PR, Copywriting, Social Media, partnerships, sponsorship acquisition, and supporting crucial business functions including finance and accounting. The core team will provide direction and support.
Your biggest assignment for the 3-12 month period is to support in multi level sales funnels through our digital strategy plan - this includes creating and conducting audience research, using those to determining marketing messages, creating marketing collateral, testing for response, creating and executing specific and analytics driven social media plans, all the way to completing a sale and calculating our ROI. Imagine what you could do with these skills.
You will be guided by the Founder, but you are able to run with new ideas and make them a reality. You’ll be encouraged to innovate, but also to follow our guidelines.
You should be able to demonstrate proficiency with key role competencies including exceptional communication and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, a passion for excellence, strong cross-team collaboration abilities, self-motivated and forward looking, and the ability to work virtually.
What you can get out of this role:
- Experience inside out of a fully functioning start up
- Understand and create sales funnels for websites
- Understand and set up SEO + SEM
- Understand how the online educational publishing works and create course material
- Experience in video editing
- Experience in crafting marketing messages and collateral with coaching from top Advertisers and Marketers from agencies like Ogilvy
- Understand and participate in the publication of press releases, articles, chapters
- Confidence
- Understand what is a personal brand and how to best leverage that
- Understand analytics
- Ability to create, do and conquer your fears
- Solidify your goals and dreams (it's part of the courses we teach!)
- And any ad hoc projects that you're interested in. The pace is fast and accurate and good work is expected.
