Job Description

About the role… 

The HR & Admin Zed will be responsible for the day-to-day HR support and office administration services provided to all staff for the Singapore and Regional teams. You will be working closely with the Regional HR Manager and HR Executives to support and facilitate daily operations. This role is based in Singapore.

What you’ll be responsible for…

  • Handle monthly payroll administration
  • Assist in recruitment including ad placements, generating offer letters and inducting new employees, etc
  • Handle all employee-related services including preparation of promotion/increment/bonus letters, staff confirmation and government survey reports etc.
  • Administer employee benefits including insurance claims, medical scheme, enrolment/termination, medical claims, dental claims, corporate credit cards, season parking, home leave travel, corporate residential leases and service awards etc.
  • Update and maintain all HR & admin files including employees’ personnel files and payroll files etc. in a timely and organized manner
  • Update and maintain HR databases for personnel records, payroll records and talent pool
  • Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare-related activities
  • Ensure good maintenance and smooth running of office facilities
  • Offer fresh insight to improve and streamline HR operations
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

What experience you’ll need…

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Current HR undergraduate at university/fresh graduate looking to take the first step in advertising
  • Moderate familiarity with advertising/media/marketing communications
  • Ability to commit for 6 months (till December 2014)
