Job Description
For the Curriculum Planner portion, we are interested in someone who
  • Able to plan and execute experiential learning curriculums.
  • Areas of focus: Sustainability, Connecting with Nature, Values such as Graciousness, Green, Giving, Grounded, Giving.
  • Curriculums are mostly planned for secondary schools and pre-school, occasionally tertiary level students.
  • Familiarity with Ministry of Education guidelines, a bonus.

For the Lead Trainer Portion, we are interested in someone who
  • Demonstrates good facilitation and teaching methodologies.
  • Well-versed in best practices and integrates them to build holistic, robust curriculums.
  • Trains junior facilitators to take up appropriate roles suited for the crafted programme.
  • Networks to recruit new facilitators, a bonus".
The role taps on the synergy of the two roles, applicants should at least fulfill one of the two core skill sets. The successful applicant will perform a key role in a dynamic team which compliments his/her skills in this area.
