Job Description
				- Understanding the workflow of book and journal production; from receive of manuscript, EA check, copy editing, type setting, working with authors on proof reading, mark up for correction, checking of blue print
- Organizing meetings with writers and artists to discuss ideas for artwork, layout and features;
- Working with authors in promoting their books in the form of flyer and poster design
- Working alongside staff in the Team to generate ideas for new 
acquisition; which includes
1. Research into key researchers in the areas identified by the Engineering team, and organize them into database for book acquisition 2. Send out invitation letters to write for us 
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
