Job Description

Assist the Events Management team in organizing Events (conferences, seminars, public lectures and workshops) and provide administrative support. The responsibilities include

 

·         Day-to-day administrative support tasks, including taking of minutes of meeting

·         Coordinate and Support events from pre-event prepartion, on-site support and management, till post-event project closure

·         Event logistics coordination

·         Develop and Maintain effective Marketing & Communications activities such as  coordinate the design and printing of collaterals, photography, videography, media publicity, events protocol and website management.

·         Handling of procurement procedures such as requesting for quotations and raising of purchase requests
