Winson Press Pte Ltd was first established in 1965 by Mr Tan Hock Beng as Winson Advertising, a graphic design and print brokerage firm and slowly increased the range of production equipment to include offset printing, die-cutting machines, hot-stamping machines and folder gluer. In 1998, we started up a new label printing business to better served our health supplement customers with complete packaging solution and consistent branding.
Winson Press is still one of the few printers in the region who is able to supply widest range of printed materials.
In 2011, Winson Press took over Saik Wah Pte Ltd, commercial printer well known to supply highest quality books and printed products to Europe and the United States. Together with the team from Saik Wah, we discovered our values, purpose and a 10 year vision paving our transformation into the new era which moves beyond traditional printing.
In 2012 we inked a deal with Snaps, the number 1 photobook company in Korea, to launch online photo merchandise business in Singapore (www.plog.com.sg and www.snaps.sg). In 2013 Winson Press Launched 1to1Xmedia ( www.1to1xmedia.com )which provide personalised marketing solutions and consultancy service.
Job Description
This role is to provide structure and system support for IT communication and security within the
organization
Requirements:
 Responsible for designing, implementation and maintenance of the company’s IT secured
infrastructure
 To manage file and data security by daily performance for operations, management and administration.
o Firewalls
o Anti‐virus
o Event log analysis
o Perform security audits
o Data access security workflow
 To protect data integrity, confidentiality and availability of information assets and technology
infrastructures of the organization and in cyberspace.
 Understand the PDPA policy and manage PDPA compliance processes and systems
 Develop competencies required for PDPA compliance within an organization

Pre‐requisites:
 Overview of computer facilities and IT resources including network support, server support, desktop
support as well as telecommunication services.
 Knowledge in HTML, CSS, SQL Database and ERP system would be an advantage
