Process orders according to the company procedures and work instructions 2. Educate and assist customers and vendors to send orders clearly and correctly 3. Monitor delivery performance and to clear orders/shipment backlogs 4. Coordinate with other departments on special shipping request 5. Provide /coordinate with Design on layouts for approval before processing bulk productions 6. Ensure customer inquiries and requests are handled in a timely manner 7. Coordinate sales team and other departments to ensure print quality and customer requirements are met 8.
