Our dynamic team leverage on our wine expertise with weekly training on our exclusive wines and numerous opportunities to meet wine-makers visiting us from around the world.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.       Develop and incorporate On-Job-Training materials in F&B and Retail

2.       Conduct OJT, Product, Service Standards trainings in Outlets

3.       Conduct assessments and analyze of training impacts

4.       Manage incorporation of employees into new positions

5.       Handle with training documentation and reporting

6.       Cooperate with training partners on training’s delivery

7.       Mange 2014 training calendar and follow arranged schedule

8.       Liaise with F&B and Retail Management on training schedule

9.       Identify and implement Induction Programme for all new employees

10.    Record, monitor and assess results of employee effectiveness and performance in job roles

11.    Identify and implement improvements to performance and effectiveness

12.    Liaise with other members of the Management to actively promote training opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism

13.    Maintain high standard of personal presentation

14.    Identify and recommend tactical action to Operational Management to achieve in job role

 

Requirements:

1.       Diverse experience in Customer Service on different levels is a must

2.       Experience in Trainer position required

3.       Exceptional administrative skills

4.       Experience in developing and conducting trainings

5.       5.5 days working week including Saturday trainings

6.       Being able to commit to 50% office work and 50% on field training
