Job Description


• Building relationships with both candidates and clients

• Developing a good understanding of both needs

• Advertising vacancies in our partners websites

• Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person

• Headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates

• Screening of candidates

• Receiving and reviewing applications

• Managing interviews and short-listing candidates

• Checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their CV

• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities of the job in question

• Organizing interviews for candidate as requested by our client

• Helping the consultant using in the business development

• Networking in order to attract business from client companies

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in HR, Marketing or sales is an advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Team player

- Must be meticulous and organized able to multi-task well

- Able to effectively manage demanding workloads and competing priorities.

- Experience in application of work passes are advantageous

- Good command of English, another language would be a plus

- Singaporean / PR Holders only
