lnformation pertaining to the hazards of chemicals used or produced by the process. This information to consist of at least the following:

a) block flow diagram or simplified process flow diagram;

b) process chemistry; toxicity information;

c) permissible exposure limits;

d) physical properties;

e) corrosivity and reactivity data;

f) thermal and explosive hazard data; and

g) chemical incompatibility data.
