Job Description

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Diploma qualified, but degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred, but if you don’t have it we still encourage you to apply
  • Keen interest to learn about digital marketing/new media (social media, strategy, advertising etc.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement B2B sales plans to maximize revenue from new and existing clients.
  • Identify and solicit new leads and prospects through networking, existing contacts etc.
  • Set up appointments and engage in meaningful consultative discussions.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • To develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
  • Conduct product presentations to small or large groups when necessary.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing and contracts.
  • Conduct timely follow-up work to maximize likelihood of product/membership sales.
  • Visit existing clients on a regular basis to nurture and cultivate relationship.

 

SKILLS

  • Excellent written and oral (articulate) skills in English, with fluency in additional languages beneficial.
  • Sales-oriented and strong sense of initiative to drive leads (e.g. for cold-calling, and networking etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
  • Be organized in keeping meticulous meeting notes in order to update rest of sales team
  • Good critical thinking abilities
  • Strong relationship building skills, including negotiation & executive interaction
  • Ability to communicate a business vision (creativity/curiousity)
  • Professional appearance and attire
  • Confident and outgoing personality

REMUNERATION

SGD 1000 + high commission
