Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Implementation and Support Manager is responsible for making sure the implementation of Weeloy Dining software is a success.  This means working closely with new customers to get them up and running using the application as well as helping to support them once they are using it.  The position also involves close interaction internally with management as well as the development team to help convey the customer’s needs and turn that into tasks that developers can work from.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

As the Implementation and Support Manager, you will start working with a customer as soon as we receive a contract. You will implement the customer page on Weeloy website using the administration/back office system . You will then train the customer, either on-line or on-site, and provide him with the necessary support. It is also critical to gain a better understanding on how the customers do business so you can help the company customize the system to better fit their business.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

•   Strong organizational and project management skills

•   Technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, HTML and understanding of on-line page opimisation

•   Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must

•   Enthusiasm, energy, professionalism and the ability to work in a fast paced cooperative team environement

•   Attention to detail

•   Set priorities

•   Review and interpret technical information

•   Write technical materials

•   Analyze situations to define issues and draw conclusions

•   Flexibility to independently work with others

•   Analyze data utilizing defined processes

•   Problem solving to analyze issues and create action plans

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required: Degree or classes in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
