Providing onsite technical and helpdesk services for our contract clients and hosting related services. We also provide Systems Integration and Online Web Development works. We are also a Authorised Google Apps Reseller. As such we provide various levels of Integration and Deployment for Google Apps Business clients. We also provide training on Google Apps Business.
Job Description
The job requires the Intern to:

- Assist end-users with their helpdesk queries. 
- Troubleshoot basic systems issues (hardware and software).
- Install/Setup new computers for end-users. 
- Ensure servers and daily backups are running smoothly.
- Create/Maintain websites for clients based on Templates. (Creative design skill is optional)
- 5 days work week

Intern qualifications:

- Software knowledge on Windows Operating System (Win7 & Win8), MS Office Suite. 
- Programming skills is added advantage. Not required. (PHP, MYSQL)
- Basic Networking knowledge. 
- Willing to learn and be Independent. 
- Singaporeans only.
