Job Description
- assist in reconciling finance accounts
- assist in maintaining spreadsheets
- credit control
- prepare statutory accounts
- cash allocation
- assist in sales order processing
- manage daily post in and out
- help in handling and writing cheques
- assist in receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
- verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
- reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates
- help in managing petty cash transactions
Requirement
- Experience in accounting and finance is preferred
- Have experienced in using Quick Book
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Must have positive working attitude
- Must be able to commit at least 3 months
