- assist in reconciling finance accounts and maintaining spreadsheets
- credit control
- prepare statutory accounts and cash allocation
- assist in sales order processing and managing daily post in and out
- help in handling and writing cheques
- assist in receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
- verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
- reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates
- Manage marketing initiatives: Online and Offline
- Manage different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, such as creating and managing marketing content.
- Copywriting
- Be able to contribute with new ideas and initiatives.
Requirement
- Experience in accounting and finance is preferred
- Have experienced in using Quick Book
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, etc
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Must have positive working attitude
- Must be able to commit at least 3 months
