1. Requires Ambitious Intern Who Specifically Wants To Work On Developing New-To-Market Products for the Start Up Internet Business Division
2. Savvy and able to do create, validate and recreate the design process (over and over again) until breakthrough occurs
3. This job is not for someone who needs hand holding or requires constant guidance. Alot of common sense is required with willingness to question status quo.
