Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Provides administrative support such as managing appointments and schedules, arranging travel, preparations of itinerary and processing expense accounts
- Manage resources for the department
- Writing minutes
- Collect and compile data reports
- Regular checking and analysis of the business
- Act as an interface and liaison between other departments
- Prepare ad hoc and regular presentation for the General Manager
