Job Description
Responsibility:
Field Support
• To provide support of laptop, server, firewall, router, switch, familiar with Linux/ Win 7/Win 2008 environment only from time to time when resource is lean
• To provide maintenance of system performance, troubleshooting system hardware, software networks and all computer-based systems
• On-site maintenance for system patch or system upgrade on customer side datacentre.
• To provide expertise on system structure, network architecture design
Presales Support
• To provide pre-sales support e.g. product demo from technical perspective, Proof-of-Concept(POC)
• To provide post-sales support e.g. kick-off meeting, onsite staging, implementation, after-sales support etc., whenever closure of projects take place
• To work closely with reputable and market-leading vendors and business partners on joint-effort project implementations from time-to-time
