What you'll do:
- For Singaporeans & PR's Only
- Take charge of the hiring and payroll for the staff in the company
- Learn about start-up culture and how to find the right fit for the company.
- Do scheduling for the employees in the company and handle the enquiries of company staff
- Come up with ideas for monthly outings to bond the company and build the company culture
- Create and build new systems in the company office infrastructure
- Ensure that staff's need are met and managed accordingly
- Engage in special projects that align personal interests and the company’s needs.
- Anything that build the culture and belief in the company
- Conduct and liaise interview sessions with applicants in Visual Mass
