We make it easier for consumers to book a Villa in Bali ! Our growing portfolio of handpicked villas includes close to 300 Villas all around Bali. We care deeply about the Villas we choose for our customers. Authenticity of the Villa, quality, customer service, and great locations are at the heart of what we do.
We are a villa rental agency based in Singapore – at the heart of the City in vibrant Chinatown. We have a young & motivated multinational team of 7 employees of 5 different nationalities.
We are now looking for a Travel Consultant (intern) to help us supporting the growth of www.villa-bali.com :
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage incoming client requests for Villa Bookings on Villa-Bali.com: ensure villa availability, provide advice to clients, suggest travel destinations and villas
Source new villas for customers when needed
Process Villa bookings and invoicing
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Passion for Customer Service
Good knowledge of Bali as a travel destination
Strong work ethic, pragmatic, quick learner and autonomous.
Well organized with a good attention to details
POSITION DETAILS:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
800 basis salary + commission on sales
Our office is located is located at the heart of Singapore, near Chinatown MRT station.
