Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Manage stock inventory and arrange product shipment
  • Liaise with shipping / logistic companies which are based in China
  • Attend to any incoming queries from customers via email in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback to product development team on any feedback/ product improvement suggestions from the customers end
  • Work together with the team to help improving the overall customer service handling matters
  • Support daily admin duties if required

Requirements 

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Experienced in customer service with the customer-first mentality, especially in email handling
  • Strong communication skills in English, both in oral and written
  • Ability to communicate and write in Mandarin to liaise with the teams in China
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and propose and implement new initiatives
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to be effective in startup environment, handles multiple tasks simultaneously, and set priorities
