Job Description
Job Scope
The employee will be assigned to the accounts department and taught not only basic accounting functions, but will also be exposed to other job functions within the import and export departments.
- Performs both AR and AP functions as well as clerical duties
- Generate and analyze financial reports
- Ensures proper filing and timely reporting to supervisor
- Ensures completeness and proper documentation across the departments
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirements
- Preferably with accounting background (O'lvl students awaiting Poly entry are also welcomed)
- Meticulous, Pro-active and Responsible
- Able to perform multi tasking with a positive attitude
- Good English written and communication skills
- Knowing the use of MYOB will be an added bonus
