Our trusted community marketplace has a simple mission - to bridge the gap between beauty artists and customers.

We find something thrilling about independent and emerging beauty artists, because it''s so easy to see their authenthicity and passion for uncompromised quality in their work. Our days are fueled by the desire to give these beauty artists a voice and platform to grow their brand, showcase their work, built an unique online store, and run their dream business.

Life's too short not to live it well. We believe that a good quality beauty service can have a very real and tangible effect on our everyday lives. It''s all about living beautifully both inside and out. Whether it is decorating your fingernails with crystal ornaments, coloring your hair a different shade of bubblegum pink, or unwinding with a relaxing massage. A little touch of beauty magic can do wonders to how you feel and act.

We want the experience at Vanitee to be one of discovery, and we want it to be fun. Our fantasy is that overtime someone complements you of your new look and you will feel compelled to share more about the amazing beauty artist behind it - but that''s entirely up to you!

• Handle all general book keeping duties
• Upkeep the AP / AR and General Ledger
• Submit PIC Claims
• Submit IR8A and Tax Filing
• Assist Accountant to prepare for Audit (within 30-60 days after FY end)

You must possess the following skillsets:

- Strong knowledge with Quickbooks

- Very good with Microsoft Excel, Word Document and Powerpoint

Bonus if you also:

- have done accounts before

- eager to develop skills to do full set of accounts (P&L, BS, Cashflow, etc.)

- were an audit assistant

- loves to pamper yourself with beauty treats
