- Handle all general book keeping duties
- Upkeep the AP / AR and General Ledger
- Submit PIC Claims
- Submit IR8A and Tax Filing
- Prepare for Audit (within 30-60 days after FY end)
You must possess the following skillsets:
- Strong knowledge with Quickbooks
- Very good with Microsoft Excel, Word Document and Powerpoint
Bonus if you also:
- have done full set accounts before
- eager to develop skills to do full set of accounts (P&L, BS, Cashflow, etc.)
- were an audit assistant
- loves to pamper yourself with beauty treats
