Uyuni Group is a boutique venture capital and new ventures advisory firm with special focus on China and Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan). Advisory
Our wealth of experience in initiating and manage new ventures make us ideally placed to provide strategic assistance and support to companies seeking to scale vertically or to initiate new projects.
Our approach to advisory work is not one that is technical or theoretical; we believe that efficient execution is key. In addition, we also seek to help our clients acquire financial capital, social capital and knowledge capital in order to support their expansion plans into new markets.
Our consultants are drawn from a diverse array of cultural and professional background, and as such, we are able to adapt to almost any business environment. More importantly, we seek to highlight potential cultural incompatibilities t our clients and devise strategies to ensure successful localization.
We have helped our clients develop key relationships in new markets, obtain grants and subsidies from local and national governments, localize products and services to cater to different markets, and to leverage technology effectively so as to reach out to a wider audience.
Ultimately, we strive to help our clients improve their product differentiation, increase their profit margins, and maximize their profits.

With a population of more than 1.3 billion – 500 million of which are regular internet users – China is clearly the largest and most important market in the world.
Yet, foreign companies often look at China with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. Over the years, many multinationals have attempted to penetrate China and failed – due largely to cultural compatibility issues and a lack of understanding of the Chinese business environment.
Our knowledge and understand of the Chinese business environment, coupled with our international exposure and management approach, makes us your ideal business partner in China.
Internships
Our internship positions are based in Singapore. There is no fixed set of criteria for internship applicants, however we expect our interns to have a broad-based awareness of enterprise, economics and commerce, as well as a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and in Asia.
