Upskills is looking for a HR Intern to join our team in Singapore.
- Provide administrative and HR support to ensure company operations are maintained in an efficient orderly manner.
- Assist in HR matters (HRM system, Employee Onboarding, Work pass applications, Training & Development).
- Assist in employee timesheet collection and validation.
- Coordinate and manage business travel and lodging arrangements.
- Monitor and process expense claims.
- Assist in event management, appointment scheduling and venue booking
- Responsible for collection, sorting and distribution of mail.
- Follow up on insurance matters.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree undergraduates or fresh graduates (preferably HR Background) are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Previous HR work experience will be preferred
- Meticulous, able to process requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize work, follow-up on open actions
- Works well in a team with positive working attitude.
- Motivated to learn and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to commit for 6 months starting in December 2015
