Responsibilities

•  Responsible for the smooth completion and settlement of the daily operations and processing

•  Provide E2E (holding the trade from inception to expiry) processing support to T&M on all Treasury products cross Regional entities

•  Assist to perform position reconciliation, funds and cash management reporting, GL posting if necessary.

•  Responsible for the compliance of all procedures with general banking/statutory requirements as well as adhering to the requirements of both internal & regulators compliance

•  Achieve consistently high service levels for all clients

•  Participate in projects affecting settlement/corporate actions processes arising from new/revised business areas

•  Initiate continual enhancements to productivity and quality of service in line with developments within the Hub and Spokes and with Business Units

Requirements:

•  Looking for undergraduates / fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree) with a passion in Finance, preferably in Economics; Banking or Finance background.

•  Knowledge on financial products such as options, forwards, futures, swaps, etc.

•  Good command of spoken & written English

•  Good communication and interpersonal skills

•  Relevant banking experience in Operations role / function will be advantageous.

•  Proficiency in Excel VBA will be advantageous

•  Available from July / August for at least 6 months
