Upskills is seeking a highly motivated Junior Consultant with good knowledge of banking industry, with responsibilities:
- Validation of deals booked and liaising with dealers and counterparts.
- Involved in monitoring and processing trades, sending settlement instructions to custodian and preparing daily funding report.
- Follow up on unmatched and unsettled trades with client and broker counterparties to ensure timely and fficient settlement in the exchange.
- Compile trade reconciliations to ensure smooth running of daily trade transactions.
- Involve in full trade cycle
This role enables you to get a good overview of the end-to-end processing within FXMM settlement operations. - Job Description
- - Bachelor Degree, preferably from Finance, Business or Computer Science.
- 0-2 years of banking experience.
- Experience in some operation functions like processing, reconciliations, clearing, settlements would be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access.- Good analytical skills.
- Good client servicing experience – a combination of internal and external clients
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under time pressure.
- Demonstrate a willingness to independently learn and improve skills;
