Job Description
Responsibilities 

Upskills is seeking a highly motivated Back Office Intern with good knowledge of the banking industry. The programme starts with a 6-month internship with opportunity to convert to full-time after the internship. 

The role is based in Singapore.

-Support the Treasury and Market business on management reporting, monitoring of KPIs. 
and performance metrics and producing Business Unit dashboards. The scope includes Treasury and Market products (Regional and Singapore). 
- Work with various stakeholders from Treasury Market Operations (TMO) Analytics, TMO team leads, Operations Risk Management and the Project Management Office in Singapore as well as Regional Partners. 
- Ensure monthly reports are submitted with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements 
- Bachelor Degree, preferably from Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Finance and Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of Banking experience.
- Experience in operational functions such as processing, reconciliations, clearing, settlements would be advantageous. 
- Good analytical skills. 
- Good client servicing experience – a combination of internal and external clients.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access. Proficient is Power point is a must. 
- Experience in preparing dashboard and management reporting would be an advantage.  
- Good attitude towards learning and demonstrates a willingness to work independently.  
- Able to start immediately.
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred.
