Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a busy changing environment.
Example of Duties include:
*Liaison with customers and clients to establish availability and needs
*Coordination of assignments
*Production of detailed paperwork
*Proactive account development via various means
*Maintenance of in-house databases
Skills and experiences required for the role:
* Experience of building and maintaining long term relationships
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to multi task and meet deadlines
* Experience of selling in a consultative environment
* Excellent phone manner
* Good administrative skills including MS Office, Photoshop and databases
