Job Description

WANTED: Does the opportunity to be a part of an emerging video media and technology company excite you? Are you comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced start-up environment? We’re looking for an Account Manager Intern to help us rapidly drive Unruly’s social video advertising business forward in the Asia-Pacific region.  In this role, you will work with Asia-Pacific Operations team to assist in driving WOW campaigns for our advertisers. 

You will also be responsible for coordinating campaign outputs locally, and across the global delivery team where required, helping with client queries, researching and identifying influential blogs and sites, liaising with regional bloggers/ publishers to provide a platform for campaign execution, while also managing client relationships during the lifecycle of each campaign, producing detailed analysis on campaign performance and optimisation strategies.  This is a fast-paced and challenging role, and an outstanding opportunity to make your mark in the world’s most forward-thinking social video company. Your mission will be to:

●      Support the APAC Ops team in delivering WOW to clients by providing support to the team to manage, rollout and deliver campaigns across the region

About You: Experience

You must have:

●      Work experience (ideally related to sales planning or media)

●      Worked with multiple sales personnel (ideally based in multiple locations)

●      Experience creating media plans that meet client objectives

●      Previously assisted with prospecting new clients and identifying opportunities

●      Experience creating sales and marketing tools (selling sheets, presentations and mockups)

●      Worked on multiple projects simultaneously, and delivered these to completion

●      Experience of system administration across several platforms

●      Understanding of the campaign delivery cycle

●      Previously liaised with clients and media agencies

About You: Skills

You must be:

●      A strong user of Word, PowerPoint and Excel (ideally with experience using Google Apps)

●      Able to confidently make decisions and deliver quality in a rapidly growing and changing business

●      Analytical - able to solve problems calmly, creatively and articulate solutions to any level of stakeholder

●      Flexible to serve advertisers with differing goals whilst maintaining a ‘customer comes first’ mentality

●      A strong written and verbal communicator, able to tailor communication across a variety of stakeholders (commercial, clients, operations, finance, publishers)

●      Able to deputise for Sales Managers when required

About You: Education & Qualifications

●      Honours-level degree or equivalent preferred (University of Life also counts)
