Your role will be a combination of the following:

 - Prepare presentations

 - Meeting attendance and follow up

 - Target company research and analysis

 - Basic due diligence and some financial analysis

 - Follow up on deals and maintaining appropriate documentation

- Help manage the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process for clients

You will have excellent written and spoken English.  Great social skills and a willingness to learn. Basic skills in financial modelling will be an advantage.
