Answer calls politely, quickly and efficiently

First point of contact: meet and greet the business’s clients and staff

Keep the communal and reception areas presentable at all times

Update the internal telephone records of staff contact numbers and job titles

Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers
-
Book meeting rooms when required
-
Responsible for organising all consignments via shipping agents
-
Arrange and log all handyman call outs
-
Order and monitor the levels of stationery for all departments
-
Order and monitor the levels of toners for all departments
-
Assist the Team with travel arrangements and hotel bookings as and when required
-
Partner with the building security & Landlord
-
Inform security & Landlord of any out of hours on site visitors/contractors
-
Manage outgoing mail
-
Order office supplies as necessary
-
Liaise with the cleaning services when needed
• The confidence and ability to communicate at all levels
• A polite and friendly manner with a good telephone manner
• Strong, efficient and punctual
• Experience of working in a managed building (preferred)
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good organisation skills
• Good customer service skills
