- Job Description
Mission:
As an intern you will work with the marketing and communication team, directly reporting to the Business Development and Marketing Manager. Your role will be to support and assist the team on projects to increase Turbomeca’s visibility and brand image through specific and targeted actions throughout the Asia Pacific region.Responsabilities
• External Communication
o Collation and distribution of external market news to respective personnel
o Support external events organization (Symposium, Air Shows, Seminars…)
o Maintain our local website up-to-date
o Define and drive external communication tools to expand Turbomeca’s client exposure and influence (Presentation, Newsletter, Welcome Package)
o Build a performant customer data-base to launch targeted marketing campaign
• Internal Communication
o Assist in site meetings and other company functions
o Ensure the compliance with Turbomeca Headquarter (color chart, ppt templates…)
o Assure the internal communication tool effectiveness to convey messages rapidly to employees.
o Be a part of a company project development team

- Work in an international environment: 5 different nationalities to cover 17 different countries in South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Philippines, etc.)

- Must speak Mandarin and English
- Knowledge in Communication / Marketing with ideally a previous experience in Communication.
- Experience with all MS office applications, and particularly with PPT and design softwares.
- Creative and team player spirit
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, a proactive approach to work, and confidence.
- Keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize & execute on a plan.
